Make website look the same on mobile as on desktop

I would like my website, [url removed, login to view] to display on mobiles and on extra-wide screens in the same way that it appears on a normal sized desktop screen. I do not want a whole new mobile website designed. The site is done on wordpress so I would like the theme to be amended so that it displays correctly on mobile and extra wide screens. I have attached a file which shows how the top background image and logo are not displaying properly on mobile and then another one that shows the issue on a wide screen. This is an urgent job. I need this done in 24hrs please.
