The General Project: Create a web community where people can share their Parking Lot locally.

Required Interfaces:
1) LOOK AND FELL: Exactly the same idea as [login to view URL], unregistered users can take a look at the whole website
however they CANT see the Parking Slots Available times for security reasons.
2) We will give you the fields that that a User needs to fill in order to register on the website.
Two special fields will need special verification which are the "Social Security Number" and the "Car Plate", we will provide
you some sample codes for this validations so you can adapt them for the Website.

Registered Users will have TWO Interfaces:
1) Parking Owner Interface (Person who will offer a parking slot)
In this parking owner should be able to map available parking slots along with time and price on which he want to offer
parking slot and once parking is occupied then he should be able to schedule like "there is no parking space available".
He can upload pictures of the slot, description, valid time hours, location, DAILY, HOURLY , WEEKLY , MOTHLY and YEARLY
Rates. (User should be able to choose wheater he wants to offer it in some determined days etc...)
2) Parking Person (Person who will rent a Park) of course he can offer one alternatively at the same time.
Should be able to see the available parking slot based upon the selection of area and should be able to reserve a
parking space (if available) and should be able to make the payment for the time he is going to use the parking.
3) Super Admin
This is where we can keep the track of all the database and can further moderate the payment received from the person
making the parking and payments of our service comission, moderate users and comments etc...

APPLICATION FOR MOBILES.
We need a simple mobile application so unregistered people can search only for SPOTS on a AREA using a simple form
Unregistered users:
unregistered people can search only for SPOTS on a AREA using a simple form where they can select the Area.
The results have to shown in GOOGLE MAPS, and if he clicks in the parking he can see the rates, location etc BUT NOT
the Avaiable times.
And of course be able to Register on the Website using his Phone.
Registered USERS:
2) Parking Person (Person who will rent a Park):
- Can search for a Parking Slot on an Area that he will select on a Form and Rent it.
- See "Near" Parking Slots being offered using the GPS of the Phone. And see the results in a Map (Google Maps).

WEBSITE PAYMENTS:
- We will be charging a % of the rate that the people will offer on his parking slot.
We will be using a local payment Merchant, which the integration is also needed it is a CGI Script that has to be ran
on the website, of course we will give you the technical information on how to do this, which is very simple. The website
should be able to apply the fee to the final amount that the User will pay.
The payment is only needed on the WEBSITE Version not in the mobile version.
The website should be able to tell us how many people did not pay in 15 days, so we can Suspend his account or review
why he is not paying.

TECHNICAL DETAILS AND BIDDER REQUIREMENTS
-The Website has to be coded using PHP and MYSQL for the Database
-The API for the Maps used will be GOOGLE MAPS (Both on PC and Mobile Version)
-THe Mobile Versions will be needed for IOS and ANDROID Phones.
-There is no need for wirefames as we want the same design as [login to view URL]
-More in depth technical stuff will be given to the bidders that we are interested.
-The Website will be in Spanish Language, we will give the Spanish Texts.
-The code must be clean for future upgrades.
-The Project winner has to provide support during and after the project is done.
