Build a custom website in PHP & MySQL using our JPG Template

Create a website which must be a secure login and built in PHP & MySQL. And match the attached template exactly. Only Customer tab to work at the moment. Successful freelancer that creates this will be hired on hourly rate to complete the rest. The first part is a test. FTP & cPanel will be provided. Employee logs in, gets greeted with Customer List. When they click view on a customer a lightbox appears with details customer information. Using a Google API embed a Google Map into the lightbox using the customers postcode. Employee can add a customer, or edit an existing customer. Attached are all the examples.
