Extract resume

Dear Freelancers, This job is to create a resume parser where it extract and analyze every single relevant detail from uploaded resumes / CVs. Minimum requirements: 1) Accuracy is a must (Minimum 95%) 2) Lightning speed extraction 3) Able to extract images 4) Able to add customizable fields which extract certain details easily 5) Supports the conversion of bullets in resume / CV 6) Support these file types: Standard document types, such as DOC, DOCX, ODT, PDF, RTF, HTML, TIFF, TXT, XML, MSG and EML Social media profiles, including LinkedIn, Facebook, Xing, Weibo and other social networks.... Image files (all standard formats) 7) Export to database, CSV or other formats 8) Able to detect the language of the resume automatically and extract accordingly 9) Support these languages: English Bahasa Malayu Urdu Simplified Chinese Traditional Chinese Bahasa Indonesia Japanese Korean Thai Vietnamese Hebrew Arabic German Dutch Portuguese ( Brazil ) Norwegian Spanish ( Euro ) Spanish ( Latin ) French Italian Swedish Danish Finnish Czech Polish Romanian Russian Turk 10) Ability to add additional supported languages easily 11) No additional OCR license or API required 12) Host on our own server 13) Ability to run on multiple servers 14) We own the resume parser forever with unlimited usage 15) The script must be able to update frequently and easily 16) Assist our developer on integrating the resume parser to the job board 17) Digitally sign a Non-Disclosure agreement if project awarded 18) We will test run on 1000 different resumes to check on the accuracy and speed. For successful bidder, we will pay a milestone payment of 10% upon signing the non-disclosure agreement to show our sincerity. Once you've completed the script, host it on your own server, we will test run on 1000 different resumes, if your script achieved all of the above stated requirements, we will pay you another 50% of milestone payment. Once you have provided us the complete script and assists our developers to integrate with our server, we will test run again until successfully integrated to our job board, you'll receive your remaining 40% of milestone payment.
