I need php, charset, mysql, jquery autocomplete expert

Hi, Please read before start your bid i need this today within next hour or so. Ok now i'm using jquery autocomplete, in my database table, fields all has utf8_unicode_ci collation, Now autocompletion works fine but problem is like when i type a it should give result whose name starts with a but it gives me names start with other special utf8 characters also as you know utf8 character in db stores like Ásgeir Bjarni Ásgeirsson Óðinn Snær Ragnarsson Abc xyz so when i type a i should get only Abc not other 2 i hope you getting me lets discuss. More write utexpert so i come to know you have read my conversion and understands what i require.
