Simple Image Gallery

Looking for a simple image gallery which allows my site users to upload, comment & vote on images.? I'm using joomla & the links to perform those functions will be hidden behind the login for registered members.? Admin creates categories and users upload their photo to one category. Want thumbnails created/displayed, when a member clicks on the thumb nail they can vote or comment on the image.? This gallery is going to be used for our members to submit T-shirt design ideas and vote on the best designs. ## Deliverables Pages to be created: 1. Form for image submission 2. Thumbnail page, displaying thumbnails with pagination to see additional thumbnails. 3. Larger image page with comment & vote forms/boxes & the tally/results of the votes showing on the page.? Voting on a scale of 1 to 10.? User can only vote once per image.? Page shows top vote geting items as of that point in time. 4. Admin page to create categories & see the most popular designs based on most votes with the highest score.
