Website for car sales - like autotrader.com(repost)

Hello coders I want to have a website created where someone can list their car for sale. Basically I need a clone of [login to view URL] - with less tabs but slightly different. I need the full website - images, webpages, source codes of any php etc, database script, everything. IF YOU HAVE A SCRIPT ALREADY I AM WILLING TO BUY IT THROUGH RAC AFTER I TEST IT. IF YOU CAN POINT TO ANY EXISTING SCRIPT I CAN DOWNLOAD THEN ALSO I AM INTERESTED. OR YOU CAN BUILD IT FOR ME. The main parts would be - # Find Your Car # Sell Your Car # New Cars So the user needs to be able to : - Create an account (to sell only - to buy/search it does not need an account) - List their car for sale with up to 9 pictures. - Be able to use html code - User must enter credit card when creating this account - which will get charged automatically or I can charge later (in case there is a problem). - Paypal integration for creditcard processing. - Manage account, listing, renew etc - Search within a zip code radius of x miles. There will be another section for Dealers. So a dealer needs to be able to sign up and list multiple cars. There also needs to be an admin section where I can manage things. Some of the admin tasks I need to perform include: - Approve/deny a listing - Get user/dealer info - see what listing they have - Get a list of all contacts that have been made through the website - Set how many maximum listing are allowed based on account type (dealer or private seller) - Change the fees at any time The main difference between the autotrader and mysite is how I charge the customer. A private seller can list the car for free. Each time someone contacts the seller - they get charged a small fee. So I need to track when someone contacts the seller. In case no one contacts the seller, they just get charged a small fee at the end. For dealer side they buy package for how many cars they want to list. ON ADMIN SIDE I need to be able to change the price/package which is a monthly fee. Must be built using PHP/MySQL using best practices ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform Will be hosted on Linux server so your coding must be in mySQL & PHP
