PHPFox Video Chat Plugin

Hi,

I am in need of someone to create me a video chat plugin (good resolution, good sound clarity : HD audio quality and HD video quality) for my phpfox v3 website. I need the following in the plugin :

1. 1-to-1 Normal video chat

2. Multiple user video conferencing facility

3. Add option to display full name or just username in flash chat window

4. Ability to change ajax cycle duration

5. Ability to disable ajax update feature

6. Optimize ajax update feature to save server load

7. Video chat rooms should (please read the detailed requirements)

8. Something like [url removed, login to view] where user's can 'monetize' their channels for advertisements, concerts tickets, pay-per-view, etc

_**Very Important**_

1. Should be professional in layout.

2. It should be tested (i prefer no bug at all)

3. Documentation is a MUST

4. I need the source code - 100%.

5. This plugin isn't going to be for sale nor will it be used on more than one site just built for mine. You will be required to sign an NCC.

I can find something like this online with full source code but I prefer some professionals doing it from scratch. Please do not copy paste from other online resources.

Video chat rooms should have the following features :

* users online count on category and room listing

* new block in dashboard to show online users in all room (admin should be able to add this block to any other page)

* option to chose display online users by list or users' avatars

* Pop Up for Footer bar video chat

* "Who is in this room ?" block

**The Main Features :**

* Unlimited video chat rooms

* Unlimited users in a room at one time

* Users should have the ability to create "Password protected" rooms

* 1 click install

* Voice chat

* Video chat

* Broadcast desktop

* Auto close room (if enabled, inactive room will be auto close)

* Chat in pop up window

* Admin can chose which groups can create room

* Admin can chose which groups can join room

* Admin can chose which groups can close all room

* Admin can chose which groups can create "never auto close room"

* Chatroullete function to choose users to chat with

* If a user has created a room, the user should be given a block with the link of that room in his/her profile.

* User should be given an option to allow/disallow - to show where the user currently is (in which room), engaged in a chat, engaged in a conference, etc in the profile
