What i need is a programmer who has experience with OpenCart. I am building a Opencart Store to use with an mail company. In the shop are 3 items. (1 day delivery, 2 day delivery, 5 day delivery). When a customer picks an item, and clicks on order, he needs to fill in the shipping adress for that item.
If he orders 5 times the same item, he needs to fill in 5 shipping adresses, cause then he wants 5 packets shipped.
The adresses need to be saved to the OpenCart Adress book, and clients need to be able to select the shipping adress from the address book of opencart as well.
the shipping adress per item needs to be displayed in the e-mail confirmation to the client and the order notice to the store owner, as well as in the backoffice of opencart.

OpenCart installation in question is 1.5.1.1, with vqmod.
Function needs to be build in so that it can be selected per product as an "Option" (configuration under "Catalog" > "Options").
For each product the following fields need to be created.
- Company (Text Field)
- Adressee (Text Field)
- Street (Text field)
- House Number (field must only accept numbers and letters)
- Zip Code (field must only accept 4 numbers, 2 letters, no space, needs to be filled into the google maps api ([login to view URL],1338VM&output=xml, after wich the Town needs to be filled in from the output XML file. )
- Town (text field, must be filled in automatically from the google maps API, see above.)
- Country (needs to be pulled from OpenCart mysql database, drop down option)
- Dimensions ( 3 boxes, length, width, height, 3 boxes that only accept numbers) in cm
- Weight (1 box, only accept numbers) in grammes.
Every field needs an optional "mandatory" checkbox, wich can be turned on from admin. When this box is ticked, and the client doesn't fill in the field in question, he needs to get to see the standard OpenCart message.
For the customer there must also be an option to pick an adress from the adress book, than this needs to be visibily filled in in the fields.
Customer must have option with an checkbox to save the adress they just entered into their adress book.
Opencart has an option to order more as one of a product, in case a customer types in 2 of a product, he needs to get to see 2 forms, as we know not for sure if both packages go to the same adressee.
Customer needs to get an email with all the details he entered.
Store owner needs to get an email with all the details the customer entered.
(Billing adress, shipping adress per product)
Test store is available.
