I require a customer relationship management (CRM) software package for my company. I need the database to be stored on my web server. I would like the program to be operational on Windows 7 PC's. I'd also like to be able to read/write to the database file from a mobile webpage or maybe an app for iPhone. I'm willing to discuss different options and costs with developers. I need the following features: Database file to be hosted on my web server Accessible by PC and mobile If an app is expensive, then maybe a browser based version? Possible for multiple access at same time (3-4 people) Stores the following details Name, address, phone, email, advertising source Job status (quote, order, fully paid or cancelled) Record the date of job status changes Reminder to phone (date) Reminder to call for system service – 3 years after job status changes to fully paid Ability to: Output to csv Give reports weekly on job numbers Auto accept input from the website calculator Ability to search for text, address, name etc… Free text box on each job Quote assign quote number (I will determine the starting number at the beginning) Is it possible to open a certain, already existing windows explorer folder with the CRM package? Tick box for product interests (5 different products that we sell, solar, boilers etc…) Ability to create users with different access permissions I may have some other features I need to add, though this is the bulk of them I will be requesting references from previous jobs. Hi Steven I would recommend you use SugarCRM (Its absolutely Free) ([login to view URL]) rather than go down the development path. This only needs MySQL and PHP Server and will do just about anything you want and is extensible. I just retired (and new to Freelancer) and I'm sorry, I cannot provide references as they were all tied up with my employer, but I have installed and configured it on quite a few occasions. As a good faith measure, I will not ask for a Milestone Payment because I cannot provide references. (Oh just tried to put in 0% and it will not let me) I am happy to proceed without a Milestone if you can arrange it. I have Skype available: markwaresoftware, I am in GMT+8 and Australian (Excellent English) My bid includes: 1. Install SugarCrm on your Server (Win Server or Linux), install PHP and MySql if needed. (Admin Access needed from remote) 2. Configure Sugar CRM for you specific needs, first version for you to experiment with 3. Make two additional reconfiguration based on your responses, if needed. 4. Clean out Test Data and move system into production. 5. Configure DNS and Server to point to SugarCrm Instance with security so that it is accessible from mobile devices If you need Server Capacity to run this I would be willing to discuss use of my servers or we can help you organize a Linux Server for $20.00 or thereabouts per month (Windows for about $50.00 per month) and configure that server as part of this bid Sincerely Mark Cupitt

Hi Steven, After reading through your given description I have understood that you want something in web which will act like CRM module of Oracle apps or SAP. Only thing I will mention is that the RESPONSIVE design is okay for now than creating mobile app because your budget may not permit for app creation for now. The reporting services, authenticated responsibilities etc will be the part of feature list. You are concerned about multiple access to the database in your web server. Don’t worry for that as we do have some recovery and concurrency control mechanism which will solve that problem. What I will suggest you is to think about security. We will offer many types security which will help to get rid of any 3rd party intrusion. standard terms and conditions: 1. should you find any bugs in my code i will correct them asap. the service guarantee is within 3 days of finding the bug though it will be always much quicker than that. as goodwill i continue to help you with any problem arising out of my work even after the project is marked complete. 2. you can specify reasonable amount of time to test the code. In case not specified before accepting the bid normal period of 7 days will apply. the job will be deemed completed accepted should there be no response from you after expiry of that time. however if there is any unforeseen circumstances i will consider any request to increase the time needed for testing. 3. Hello sir, after I have worked on Salesforce CRM for 5 years developing different apps and functions for EU clients I have started to develop my own CRM based on Drupal CMS. this CRM is going to have similar functions as Salesforce has. Accounts (companies), Contacts (connected with accounts), Opportunities, Leads, Expanses, Products, Reporting, Invoicing etc. This CRM will have MySQL database stored on my or your web server and domain to access.
