.NET BBM Marketing Software for Windows 7 Desktop

I need a software developer that is able to develop a windows 7 desktop application that is able to: 1. Extract available BBpins (blackberry ID's) from a targeted keyword search on the Web. 2. Able to import extracted BBpins into .txt, .csv. or .xls file formats. 3. Able to bypass friend verification to be able to send out mass messages 4. Able to send out mass messages (to a list of 1000 or more recipients, no limitations on how many recipients per message sent) 5. Able to track which recipient has received our message, read our message, or even click on the links that we send via BBM. I only hire .NET developers that have experience in this project.
