Simple Ajax and XML Slideshow needed

Need Immediate assistance on my Ajax Slideshow Project. If you cannot do it today, please dont bid. Work Description: Index Page I need a slide show based on Ajax on the index page. The pics need to be rotated one after the other. No navigation links should be displayed. Example: [login to view URL] I want this fading effect too. But when i hover on the picture i find three navigation links. I dont need them. just the image transition with my images. Inner Pages Similar Ajax based slideshow is needed on the two of my inner pages too. But here I need navigation links or small button like features so that when i click on them, i can see the pics. For this i can give you reference when you PM me. I have all the files in HTML format ready on the server. Only the ajax part needs to be done. Note: I should be able to alter the images using an XML file or by any method. Just by uploading the images and changing a few lines of code, i should be able to update the gallery. I dont mind how you achieve it. Just need an easy way. I can send you links to the site. PM me. It would be useful if you can send me similar work you have done..
