Auto Rental Project

please note: I would do this project, but just do not have the time. I am looking for the following requirements in a php script provided from you. Your bid is to do this, and i also would like you to send me a private message with the answers to the questions at the bottom of this listing. This script is for a small auto rental company. The company has 3 vehicles, however, may expand. There for, it must be at least slightly easy for me (via code or web interface), or the end user (must be via web then), to add new cars and such. The ideal situation is to do the following: user goes to the site User clicks on "Book a car" User is asked for name, etc (if not to hard to do, give the ability to set up an "account" to auto fill in information at later date). User chooses the car User chooses the length of the time to have a car User selects one of the following options: A: car to be dropped off (with edit field for location) b: pick me up at (edit field for location) c: pick vehicle up at location. the price is then calculated and displayed to the user. Now, here is the next thing, i want to integrate paypal, and possibly at a later date linkpoint, but right now, this is just with paypal integration. The user pays and on valid payment the user is sent a reset, the admin user is sent an email, and that car is "booked" for those dates, decreasing the amount of cars for that period bye one. the admin panel must have the following: ability to set price for car drop off, user pick up, and for rental times. The ability to set a different price for a weekly rental. The ability to view all reservations would be nice but not required. Also, the ability to manually add reservations would be nice but not required. Must be programmed via php/mysql and not encoded. I must get all rights to the software, and all source files, etc. Questions for you to answer: 1. have you done something like this before? 1A: If so, do you have any examples of some scripts you've done? 2: how long do you think this may take? 3: Do you forsee any issues? 4: Do you have any questions for me? Payment terms are as follows: You get 25% at start You get 50% after you can show me some of the site done (and i must be able to use not just screen shots) final 25% at complete of the project.
