php work for php beginners- add directories to a link directory submission script

I have a script with me in php/mysql that can be used to submit links to link directories. Currently the script submits links to approx 100 link directories. I have a database of over 9000 directories which I want to be added to this script, ie the script should be able to submit links to all 9000 link directories. You will have to analyse the url/method in which a link is submitted to a directory, and use that logic in the script. If a directory asks for captcha, then at time of submission,t he captcha image is shown to end user, who then manually types in the captcha value. Also, at the time of link submission, a user specifies a user id and password. If the link directory requires registration, then the script registers a new user id with the specified value of user id and password, and the link is submitted using that user id/password. What I feel is that there can be more than one coder working on this project, since there are 9000 directories to be implemented. Please quote how many directories you can do in $40, or quote per 100 (or 1000) directories what amount you would like to charge. If you feel the max bid amount is too low then please put your quote in a comment. Ideally I would like to choose multiple coders who would then work on different lists of directories. This is very simple work and any php beginner can do it, only there are many directories to be covered.
