I am bilingual English/French Canadian. Due to the very technical nature of your site I am quoting a bit higher than for non-technical text. I sub-contract out to a French Cdn teacher with excellent French for final proofreading. My quote is to provide the page-by-page translation of your site in email format for your regular webmaster to then copy your English site and insert the French text into your site, not to do the programming itself.
