Background A user receives collections of screen grabs that have been collated by an automated system. The system stores the screen grabs in a folder, and provides an 'index' file that annotates each screen grab with the time the grab was recorded and a user comment. The index files aren't very useable, but can easily be made useable by converting them to an html document that includes labelled thumbnail links to the target images. Overview You're going to produce a PowerShell application that converts a dumb xml index file into a browseable html index file. The file formats, and other assumptions are as recorded in the attached file.
