Custom Magento Order Page

We are transferring an existing e-commerce site from Cs-cart to Magento and need a custom ordering page for Magento. We sell canvas prints and multiple piece prints. So we have 4 products total (Standard 1 piece, 2 piece, 3 piece, and 4 piece canvas), with multiple options such as canvas size, photo effects, edge thickness, and type of edge. We also allow user to create any custom size print so having a configurable product with every possible size combination would be tedious. So we need a page that will calculate the price based on the users selection. After all options are selected by user, they will need to upload their photo. There should be 3 options to upload their photo (from their computer, from Instagram, or Facebook album). So the use of facebook and Instagram API's will be needed for this project. Also a small lightweight applet for displaying an uploading progress bar would be nice so the user doesn't cancel the order. The order should be put into the Magento Cart and the uploaded image will need to be accessible from the admin order details page. I will give you a couple of pages where this ordering page is being used by some competitors of ours after we speak. I will also include any layout or designs needed for this project. We want this page to be simple using combo boxes and option selections. After this project is complete we would like to add other features such as Ajax and photo cropping and possibly real time photo filters. But we just need this website functional as quickly as possible for this project. MOST IMPORTANTLY, i am looking for USA/CANADA based teams only! I need to communicate easily if needed, in my time zone. I also don't need USA sales people representing overseas teams to bid either. I know it costs more but I don't care. Speed, execution, and communication is what I am in search for and hopefully a longterm partner for all my projects. Please reply with time estimates, hourly costs, and any roadblocks you see in my page idea that might make this more complicated than i thought.
