I require a quality customised Contractor's website site that includes ALL the features included in Freelance script from [login to view URL] in php/mysql (or alternative may be suggested) and with the following customisation: 1. graphic design - I will select concepts from [login to view URL] (or other template/graphic company) as guide for you, but will require our logo added plus some graphic changes to suit website purpose; 2. content must be able to be edited easily. Content to be in English; 3. require changeable currencies including but not limited to Australian dollar, USD 4. payments to be processed securely via Paypal, and other credit card processing systems suitable for Australia; 5. Site and data transfer to be fully secure and not vulnerable to hacking; 6. site must be operable online and offline (copy stored offsite that synchronises with online copy) 7. ability to add new forms easily, edit form fields and website content must be easily customisable 8. system needs to be changed so businesses and freelancers are not in contact with each others. 9. rates for jobs set by us, not freelancers (from scale of 1-5) 10. require option in consultant's details to alert by SMS/text message to mobile, and email notification of jobs; 11. require a linked job system that enables consultants to log into job, and enter data into forms we have created. An email is automatically sent to the consultant who wins the job providing a link to the job. 12. we require reliable, secure hosting. 13. must be able to handle large, multiple registrations and data without crashing. Require commencement asap, with completion 1-2 months. Payment by ESCROW only. Require preview of similar work before approval to proceed.
