Design. Part 1 of 4 for Online apartment booking web

This is the first part of 4 parts of the project Online apartment booking web. 1. Design 25% front end with html, css, jQuery, php, etc. It would allow insert the dynamic contents. 2. Create login system 25% 3. Booking System 25% 4. Integration 25%. A brief description would be: The web will allow listing several apartments to be booking on line. Please read the complete attached pdf. The contents of the apartments can change dynamically if a user (the owner of the apartment) introduce or change the content of the fields in an inner dashboard. This inner dashboard is a fixed platform for every user. This inner dashboard lets to create discount coupons too for an apartment. To control this inner dashboard there will be a login [login to view URL] apartments listed can be booked online using PayPal and theirs calendar will be updated with the new bookings or manually inside the inner dashboard. Relevant milestones: 1. Login system. There will have an administrator and a user menu (owner of the apartment). There will be unlimited users. Administrator menu: administrator can add/delete accounts; administrator can verify accounts before they becoming active; administrator can select a PayPal account; administrator will have access to see all information of the bookings made. User menu: there will be an inner dashboard to add photos, descriptions, discount coupons, etc.; users can change their own passwords, and reset them via email if forgotten. Passwords and never stores any plaintext passwords; only stores encrypted versions. 2. Booking system. If a selection of dates is made only apartments available will be shown if not all will be displayed. All the prices, discounts, supplements and special offers are calculated automatically. It will allow paying the booking online trough PayPal. If the payment is correct an email will sent to the administrator, owner of the apartment and client. 3. Design. The design will be responsive and will allow showing dynamically the data of apartments. The login and booking system will be inserted here. The web has to be responsive (to be able to be adapted to format as mobil, tablet, etc) and made with HTML 5, php, java, .. (not using CMS like joomla, prestashop, wordpress, etc). Payments for the web are made by PayPal but it will be good to have other types of payment. The web has to be SEO friendly. It will have two languages (Spanish and English). There will be maybe 3 databases (MySQL) for every apartment: apartment data (data from inner dashboard), bookings /payments (data of client and booking and payments) and coupons. It is necessary to insert in the web page (maybe at the end of the page) a link with the data protection law and cookies. If the web sites uses cookies must include a method of informed consent prior to their use: Therefore, it is important to have a procedure that runs through a pop-up, a landing page or visible in the header or footer of your website.
