Design a unique ,very attractive, top notch design and functionality small social network

Need to design an extremly attractive site and social network for an existing voice chat website that currently only have flash chat . Design need to be TOP that would DROP JAW and yet simple for the user and clean. thining about wordpress and buddypress but it doesnt have to be. whats very important is keeping the ranking on google. currently i hvae seo article under the flashchat which rank pretty good. here is my image about the site 1st page(home page) will need to be the actual chat integrated as wide and as tall as possible so it wont bother users that are already used to full screen chat. menus need to be small enough and side bars for sponsored ads not oo big not too small so it wont eat up alot of chat space width. need to be compatiable with different screen resolutions so it would look the same on any screen resolution and need to switch automatically to mobile verion when using a mobile,keep inmind since its flah chat it ,the flash version will not show on mobile so there need to be some sort of codeing to detect its a mobile and take user to a different mobile site automatically where a user can click on a link to chat which take them to the mobile version or they can proceed to browse the mobile version of the site. always ,and again, attractive color and design is a big must. registration would require user to verify their email address and ability to add extra fields if required in the future. integrate the registraion form with 123flashchat, you should visit [login to view URL] to read about it,its not hard, the main point is when a user want to register a nick name for the chat, he needs to go through our registration form,not the chat one, where i can specify the required field and a user MUSt verify their email address. when a user register a nickname and open a new social profile/blog/wall his profile/blog/wall name is different that his chat name incase user want to keep his privacy in the chat. Use of site logos and redesign it if required throughout all the site, samething with copyrights, where no one can hint its a premade software ever. understanding and willing to keep support and editing and adding and tweaking the site till its 100% perfect and be patient.
