Joomla 2.5 JA JobBoard Customization

I need to customize/configure JoomlArt recruitment component in my website. The component is already added to the website and it just needs to be configured, this is a blank slate of the component which no one tampered with, and I need the work done with the same version installed (not any other). See link: [login to view URL] The website is online and backed up with AkeebaBackup and downloadable as a ZIP format for you to work with online or your local server. This website will be linked to our Recruitment website for us to post jobs and receive applications a and resumes (only for the company). The main company website is being built by J!3.1, but the website that you will be working with is J!2.5 because the component is not updated yet. Requirements and Specifications: • Only one company will be created to post jobs and receive applications. • Job seekers can apply for jobs for free without any restrictions. • Create the necessary menus for our Admin and for the jobseekers to manage their accounts. • Change the locations and maps to fit our needs, we will provide locations list. • Create a template/theme for the email notifications system within the component that is consistent with the Joomla template. • You will provide photos/graphics/icons, to improve the website appearance, they should be free to use with no copyrights. • Your will create any SEO description/naming needed for the menus, categories, graphics. • You will write and insert the privacy policy and user agreement for the website and make menu/links for them at the bottom of the pages. • We will provide the logo and all the templates, Components, modules and plug -ins. • No need to create payment systems or link to payment portals. • I will only provide %50 as a milestone, the rest will be after testing. • You should commit to the project time frame, any delay will result in rejecting the project. In general the website should look professional and impress the visitor, with all the required components and modules in place. The winner will be provided with the Admin Pass so he can download and work freely on the website.
