This is my 4th time listing this . please read before bidding and do not waste my time. If you CANT do it PLEASE dont bid as i am very serious and i dont have time to waste anymore. Whats needed: a gaming website, online gaming, php based YOU MUST be able to draw CUSTOM cartoon images and have great gfx skills, you must also be able to code this game which is the hard part. Outwar is extremely simple, I can do it for you with no problem in the time you've given, especially if you already have a template and know what you want, but just need the scripting and graphics done. I'm also willing to negotiate on the price depending on exactly how big this project will be.
