Hello everybody, I wish to collect data for Horseracings in UK for later analysings. I have prepared a 'word'-file for clearer explanations which is included. If you need a sample racecard which is needed for further testings at your end, please send a msg and I will send that file to you. You must have placed your offer before I send you the file. Here is a short describtion of what I need. First Job An existing Excel (racecard) file needs to be sorted to various criteria within its file and a point system needs to be implemented Second Job Select and scrape prices (quotes on each runner) from the website: [login to view URL] and insert them into the racecard. This needs to be done on a timebase. Quotes should be taken about 30 minutes before start of race. Quotes from the 'WIN' and 'PLACE' market are needed. Third Job All information received by the sorting and calculating out of job 1 and quotes having been scraped out of job 2 needs to be available in a database. The database needs to be updated with results being taken from [login to view URL] Fourth Job To receive all kinds of information out of the database a kind of questioning/answering princip should be possible. Something like this: How many runners won a race with less than 20 total points. It could look like this input onscreen: Runners: win Use: total points Range: < 20 If you have further questions, please do not hesitate to get in contact with me. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
