modify C# application

Application written in C# that modifies a specific Access database and table, needs additional functionality and some additional functionality. ## Deliverables 1.)? ? If possible add ability for the modification of the BLOB (fields DrawS and DrawN)? from within the application using the? left mouse button to add black and right mouse button to paint white. Also, would like to Overlay [login to view URL] (DrawN)? and [login to view URL] (DrawS)? over/under the BLOB resulting in something similar to what is shown in [login to view URL] 2.)? On devices with smaller screens like a UNMP's and netbooks, the gridview currently located at the bottom of the application isn't visible.? And there are no scroll bars to allow viewing.? I would like the Gridview always be available? regardless of the devices screen or the windows dimensions. Perhaps the best solution would be to move the gridview into a new tab. 3.) Add the Company's logo to the About box. ([login to view URL]) 4.)? Move the About GenGel from the File title bar menu to a new Help menu and rename it to "About". 5.)? Add a titlebar menu titled Filter that allows the user to filter by the following Map, Job No, WkEnd, Lname, Lno, Twnshp/Rnge/Sec, also need an option to remove the applied filter. I would prefer if dynamically driven drop downs were used populated with unique data from the table rather than? user entered text fields. 6.)? In the File titlebar Menu could the option to delete all records be added.? Be sure that a message box pops-up? Yes/Cancel that? the user really wishes to delete ALL records.
