Need More Color for Nav Bar Mockup

I have a Photoshop mockup for the main page of a web site (about rustic furniture). My client has approved the design, except for the nav bar which is too plain. It's on the same plain white background as the rest of the web page. It's surrounded by a thin black line, and has navy text links. I need a good graphic artist to improve the look of the nav bar - add color to the background of the nav bar - or perhaps instead add color as a border; and/or add some type of design element, to set it apart from the rest of the web page. Color and/or design should stay in keeping with the design of the rest of the web page of course. The current design is very clean. I'll send winner the Photoshop file.
