Small CSS review and correction

**This is bid request is to fix ONE page only the Home Page of [url removed, login to view]** I am moving a hobby site to commercial status, I am also planning to reformat the site to ccs formating, at least for the general template. I need a css professional to make sure the home page displays properly in both IE 5+ and Foxfire 1.0+. I want the header to connect with the right and left borders and the header to expand to meet the outside of the right border in large screen displays.

If you want I have one complete jpg - [url removed, login to view],and the jpg split into to parts pr-header-1 and pr-header-2.jpg.

My thought was to spilt the jpg in the blue section and left align one section and right algin the other with a matching color background color in the division to allow the header to expand. I could not get that to work.

I need someone who can get the display to work properly in both foxfire and IE. Other browsers nice but not required.

The existing basic sturcture must be maintained. When viewing source the structure must be header, block 1 with all page content in the center,Block_2, block_3 and Footer are include files; block 2 - left navigation, block 3 right side information, footer.

The existing format is very close to what I want the final product to be,

The html should format according to the [url removed, login to view] file. Layout css is in [url removed, login to view] 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
