Add 3 brochure Style pages to existing website

We have an active website: [login to view URL] that was originally a WordPress style template but has been heavily modified. We need small changes made to the website: 1)We would like to add 3 new brochure style pages to the current website, including one new basic form. A) Job Seeker content page that has a button that navigates users to our existing registration page. B) Employer content page that has a 2 buttons navigating to “Pricing” and “Register” forms which will take the employer to the existing registration page or a pricing request form page. C) Pricing request form page that is navigated to when in the employer page 2) This will also require 2 new buttons on the home page to navigate to 2 of the new pages (Employers, Job Seekers). 3) Add content to the currently existing "About Us" page 4) Add the 2 newly created pages to the website footer navigation. The 3rd page does not require this since it is essentially only a contact form.
