Add a functionnality to a website on php

I'm looking for a developper to integrate a go live events on my social Network www.nonauholdup.com. The Functionnality will be similar to the Facebook Live Events : Including : - Create a Go live button with a camera iconon the Users interface - Create a schedule form - Give the possibility to invite users - Give the possibility to send a message one hour before the events starts to users - Give the possibility to divide the screen by two to for to invite and receive other people who ants to interacts on the live events - Give the possibility to the owner of events to display images or videos from his device(computer or phone) - Give the ability to people to comments the events - The comments will display progressivly by deleting the formers one For other functions that are not mention here, there are going to be create as close as possible as those of Facebbok Live events. PS : You must tell me the technology you are planning to use, and their prices, so that, i could check if it's affordable for me. If you could realise it with open source API third party you're welcome. PS : There will be many Event live per days of 3 to 4 hours duration each. I'm waiting for your offer. The seller will tell his experience in working with this kind of services : Wowza, red5, Dacast, or else that will be use to complete the project
