Android and Apple app for arbitrage

I have started a project to create an app to assist people in online arbitrage (specifically [login to view URL] but would be interested in adding other sites in the future). I started it using click team fusion 2.5. I am not a developer. So far I have a simple interface that utilizes a plug in to scan bar codes and then redirects the user to the amazon site and auto searches for the item. What I am looking for is the ability to have the app pick certain information off of the site and display it within the app interface instead of redirecting to the website. So a simple algorithm would be: -receive data from bar code scanner -search [login to view URL] for bar code data -locate name of item from website page -display name on interface -pull pricing information from website page -display pricing information -pull Best seller's rank information -display rank information -prompt an input for dollar amount that the user purchased the item -use pricing information in a simple formula (provided later) and display estimated profit based on input and amazon pricing data -provide links to amazon page so user can look at any other information they wish. I would prefer that this be done using the same software if possible as that is what I will use to edit as needed. I plan on selling this app at a flat rate once finished. I am willing to do a contract for a percentage of total profit in lieu of a flat rate. Otherwise, my budget is small and I can only take bids that fit within it.
