Auto print out after a new order is received through sycn database update

i have a website already completed with order system. Now, i need you to write some codes to make local server ordering system to automatically print out new order after the new order is received through synchronization of database with another server. I already have a developer who is writing the codes for synchronization of database with another server. Your duty is to make the printer to print out the new order when the new order is received through synchronization. At the moment, my ordering system can automatically print out the order when a new order is created by a user after the payment page is confirmed (This is the condition). Auto print is working properly. So, now you only need to add one more condition for the printers to print automatically, i.e. when a new order is received through synchronization of database. It is somethings like pos system method working on printing receipt. If you have related experience with POS system, please contact me to understand my requirements.
