Auto Response Whatsapp apps with Image text Extraction

The previously interested developer was no longer contactable :( Looking for someone to do this job as in auto response whatsapp with OCR function in it. It will be sort of redemption function using whatsapp for the redemption, so it will be based on point deduction, point adding and some other relatively functions : These integration of : 1) Auto Response messages from whatsapp with selected command. Etx if user typed REDEEM01, system will search this command from db in order to determine the next auto reply message and workflow. It consists of opint adding whereby it is related to the next OCR function description later. 2) Using google vision, to extract certain text (output in integer) from images uploaded via the whatsapp platform. Using the output of integer, the number / point will be added to the user's account. Full description will be discussed later via full workflow via pm. Please be reminded that using whatsapp functions free and not those paid premium function that charges few cents per every messages sent / received. Perhaps this job will be involving windows desktop application / selenium plugin etc, as long as it is working perfectly.
