Autocomplete orders in Woocommerce and extend filter function for orders -- 2

I have a Woocommerce site running on wp 5.0.2. It is an internal webshop used by our 3 canteens, located in 3 different cities. Each location/Store Admin must be able to choose from what location he/she wants to see orders from. For this webshop, I would like to extend the functionality. 1. Each user should be able to choose only to see orders from City X (The city they choose in the filter/dropdown). I imagine adding a filter function (as a drop-down list) on this page [login to view URL], where the filter setting/city selection (All cities, city1, city2, city3) is remembered for each user/Store Admin. 2. Autocomplete submitted orders when the following conditions are met - The total order amount is > 1 - The Delivery date has expired (IF NO delivery date then X days after order date. I (WP Admin) must be able to easily change the X/number of days) - The Order status is On hold (Orders in Processing mode must not be completed) I would like this functionality in a plugin that I can install from the WP plugin interface. As source code, I will download a backup from WPengine that you can work with. The site is hosted on WPengine. I am open for suggestions to other solutions for this task. Regards, Chrilles
