Automate dropship make custom woocommerce plugin

I need you to make a script that fires after a client purchases specific products. Product variations are 10, 25, 50, 100, 250, 500 Customer Buys Product A script then runs to purchase an item from our distributor's website. Based on which variation of the product will correlate to the product we need to buy on our distributor's site with PayPal or Credit Card. Before adding items to cart on distributors site, we need to login and apply a promo code. The site we buy off is using WHMCS and for some reason, we can only apply the code in internet explorer. After applying the code, the script will add an item to cart, also check order total to verify coupon applied correctly. The script will then go to the payment gateway, paypal. The script will submit payment which is already added on my PayPal account. The script then runs on cron to check Gmail account for an order tracking number "usually arrives within 5-10 min. When an email arrives, we need to get all the text in the email and run it through a find & replace script which I have already made to change site names and links. The script then adds this information to woocomerce via a note. Order is then set to complete. After that, the script will open a ticket on the distributor's site with the username and password from the email along with a message. Message will have username password Change to $Woocomerce Product Variation location.
