WP Bakery Element Plugin - Animated Pie Charts

We are looking for someone to develop a WP Bakery (formerly Visual Composer) plugin element with the following functionality: WP BAKERY PLUGIN ELEMENT - Animated Pie Charts - Right now, we are displaying jpgs, however we need to have a circle chart plugin that mimics the visual here (see plugin#2 ONLY - [login to view URL]) - The total circle amount 100% by default - Individual percentages that occupy pieces of the pie o Add percentage amount (i.e. 13%) o Add percentage title o Including ability to set background colour for that piece - Always start the first percentage item added to the top centre, and have the numbers circle around to the right side, and then up the left side - Add a title using the theme’s default fonts o Ability to adjust title font size - Ability to set font colours o On the circle chart o In the centre title - Chart should animate on loading (I don’t have an example of that) - Ignore the dotted lines and additional callout boxes of text in the sample – we don’t need these - We need the ability to have multiple charts with only one legend, so I don’t know if we want to make this a two-part plugin: o Custom Pie Chart o Custom Pie Chart Legend  Legend should have ability to set colour and titles to be displayed  Ability to show legend in 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 columns across the screen  Ability to adjust font size and colour (use theme default fonts) - Everything above must also be mobile responsive Please place FINAL bid only.
