Beginning (first) CloudFlare API Function Project

Our team is looking for a programmer that can help us build a new library to use CloudFlare's API v4. To help us find the right programmer, we are looking to hire a Freelancer to build one single function as a test. You will (of course) be paid for this function call, and we may award this project to multiple programmers as a test. The programmer that does the best work may get the opportunity to build future functions for this library. Your final work will be judged based on how clean, concise and clear your code is. We are looking for a single PHP function to be written for us. This function can be described as: hasSSL(string domainName); This function should return TRUE if the domain (zone) meets the following conditions in the CloudFlare system: 1. it is present as an Active zone 2. the SSL setting is set to 'FULL' 3. the following Page Rule is present AND active (see screenshot for more help): match: http://*[login to view URL]* setting: Always Use HTTPS This function should return FALSE if one of the above conditions are not met.
