build an apk app for our iptv portal

Hello all talented devs, I am in the Android IPTV/OTT set-top box market. I want to create a set-top box emulator or app for this popular middleware known as – Stalker Middleware – which is free and open source software that is available and made by Infomir for operators to use. There is an API available for this middleware, I will attach the documentation for the middleware and V1 of the rest API.I would need someone to build this project as I can explain more details if you are interested. I am looking for a developer who is familiar with (or willing to learn) stalker middleware and their mag stb’s (set-top boxes from informir based off Linux) to create an emulator/app for android 6.0 with UI re-design that I will provide. This has already been done by 3 other people and I would like to replicate it. Below I will attach as much information as I can for you to understand and see. I believe unless you install the middleware it's self on a dev server and learn it and see how it functions you will be able to successfully finish this job. If you can see the end points of the API perhaps you will be able to create an app that directly has these functions: Live TV, VoD, EPG, Favorites, and Parental Lock - where it pulls the contents from the operators server to successfully deliver the contents to the client side through the Android stb.
