Build an APP for Maintenance

want to build an app for garages with following features

a. Mechanic will open the app and start the job as job no. xx

b. Once entered into Job no ,it Should be able to recognize bike or car with plate no

c. Have checklist of work to be done

d. Comments by mechanic about vehicle

e. Once posted this will go to database of admin

f. Admin should be able to assign checklist other than standard one

g. The database should maintain the work done on vehicle
