Build a CSGO marketplace similar to opskins.com

We are looking to launch a steam marketing similar to opskins. We will supply the html pages (html and css) and you will be required to code it together. We've been planning for over 12 months and have not found the right developer. We have all the pages ready. We have existing bot accounts from a CSGO gambling site that we will use to hold the inventory. We want to pull RRP pricing on items from Steam Marketplace. We also want to see if its possible to pull the items pricing from opskins to essentially show our pricing. We will take a small commission from each and every sale as well as offer sellers the opprtunity to feature there item on the homepage as well as feature on the item category page. (There item shows up above items who are not featured). We need to have SEO friednly URLS, have the ability to offer sellers profile page with items for sale and short URL. So sellers can post out their links to theirs items page on site. Have a direct link on each item to view the item within game. We also like a SUPER DEALS page which will automatically showcase items for sale that are above 20% discount. Option for users to create an account or sign in through their STEAM account. Users must set their trade link in order to list an item. When a user lists an item for sale, offer them the ability to set the price as well as the discount. Show users the sales history for that item, so they have a better idea of where to price that item. Reporting - What to report on sales past 24 hrs, week and month. Also want to track and report on sales on each item. So when buyers and sellers want to know what to place, and pricing they are able to do this easily. Items for sale search > We want to be able to filter results (sort by ) Wear. stattrack, grade, condition, price. (the same search and display options as opskins). We need to have a giveaways section on the website which may need to integrate with [login to view URL] but we'd love to have a feature where by its a sellers only giveaway and someone who lists an item for sale gets an entry. Buyers deposit > We want to offer a number of ways users to deposit funds to purchase. Obviously onsite credits from a sale. But also bitcoin and stripe for payment deposits. Seller withdrawal - Once a seller has successfully sold an item, they will have the amount sold LESS our commission paid to their account. They are able to request a withdrawal, which will be paid out to their nominated bitcoin, g2a pay (paypal) account. The standard processing times for payments is up to 7 days. Users can request a same day payment but there will be an additional commission % fee for this. We also want to on each item listing have the ability for people to share this item on twitter, Facebook to their friends to encourage new visitions on site. It goes without question this platform needs to be incredibly secure, stable and also have onsite ticket support. Admin panel will need to have super admin and also staff admin. Staff can access tickets, as well as user history (sales, purchases, deposits). But cannot access payment information. Admin user dashboard will have full reporting, sales history, # of sales past 24hrs, 7 days, this current month and last month. Any more questions please advise.
