"doctors can fill out forms with certain information to be sent to us electronically" - this is simple but I need details: - how many forms? I will need fields and validations etc. What else will there be on the website? Will doctors have an account to be able to fill up the forms? " that form to be able to communicate with our partner companies website so that it auto-fills and is comparable on their website as well." - I need site urls and details of what data needs to be passed on and what happens after that.
