Build professional services aggregating website

Hi, The job is about building an aggregating website which brings together professional services, similar (provided as example, you can use it for providing calculations almost 1:1 because of the complication level and similarities in ux, although our project is not about medical services) [login to view URL] It containts sorting by city (with all cities from specific country available, as in example) or by specialization; the heart of the website is a database which will be ready to contain over 10,000 professionals. A key functionality is also the possibility of voting, divided into two types of votes - not verified (anonymous) and verified (with verified, real human facebook or google accounts, which our algorythm checks). Professionals will have possibility to add their accounts, set profile picture, provide detailed desription, a few images etc. but users will also have such possibility, in a narrowed way (without adding pictures etc.). Also, a possibility of crawling data by the website in order to expand database of professionals visible will be needed. Scheme of website is provided, as well as major design points (may need some buttons and smaller items), so 95% of the job is about coding and uniting all the points above into a working service.
