Kindly mention the address (URL) of the website from which you want to get the data and also mention what data do you want out of that website? I can build a web scraper for you in PHP using Guzzle HTTP library. If in case the website you want data from uses AJAX to load data then it would not be possible for me to get data using just plain PHP. For AJAX based websites I use PhantomJS (a headless browser) to load website and then extract its content and deliver them to PHP for further processing.
