Build Registeration and Login Logic for Wordpress site

Need to build a login flow for our WP content site.
Logic-
- Force user to register after he has clicked any url 2 times
-url can be image, read more , title
OR
- 30 seconds on site
So this means for scenario 1 we may need to collect cookies eg. what if user clicks once and leaves site and comes back in a day or so and clicks second time
then on 3rd time we force registration before click
Login
- Social networks (Google, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin, Pinterest , Email)
- If email not collected from social then add step to collect name and email
- Go to the place / location from where user came or homepage
- Once logged in user always automatically logged in to site whenever he visits
- Can you any plugin to build registration but must adhere to logic
Site logic is all from the home page , we do not go to inside post pages its all driven from homepage excerpts and external linking to source.

- Show registered users.
