Build a Responsive WordPress Website

Brief: I want a modern responsive website for our Passive House Construction Business. I want a fully customisable wordpress theme which i can configure however i want. I want to be able to create pages, sections, header sections (with/without images), forms, columns, rows, etc. I want to be in full control of the site and add content without writing html code where possible. Most wordpress themes provide this. HomePage: Menus: Home, The Service, Bespoke, The Company, Blog, Contact Us..... Facebook, twitter, linkedin icons & contact phone number (all to the right of menu or above in top nav) Accept cookies at bottom of page. 1. top header - large area with video showing the 360 degree view of the house Logos & Menus are overlaid on the video (no separate navbar until person scrolls down) See [login to view URL] as an example.
