Build a small Bot

Hello. I'm wanting to build the I want you to build a small chat bot for our business, that's capable of performing the following operations: a. Faq Adder. Easily able to add faq data to the bot's knowledgebase, so that the bot will answer when the same question or similar phrased question comes up from a visitor. After initial setup, it has the ability b. Connect with the knowledgebase. Able to connect with knowledgebase from zendesk, wordpress, helpscout, and helpjuice, and add it to the bot's knowledge. c. Site Crawling. It should be able to crawl through site's web pages for the information that a user has asked. d. If the bot isn't able to answer a specific question. It should automatically create a ticket. e. Good Manners. Use open source chat bot libraries to build a professional, well-behaved and redundant bot to answer all the business type questions or anything in general. f. Initial chat to know-about the business the bot deals with. The chat bot should shoot some questions to help to feed itself to be able to answer questions of the visitors.
