Build me a software that scrapes data

The goal is to collate business database from online sources. The information needed would be Business Name Type of Business Web address Email Telephone Postal Address The bot will be able to identify different categories in Directories. An option to choose website we scrape data from. The ability to export to PDF excel and CSV. The ability to add passwords and memberships, to protected sites to access their database. The ability for the software to be uploaded onto the clouds server. The ability to update Records, deleting duplicates, updating to existing records. Adding too log which data has been deleted or updated.
