Build website using JWT authentication

Small company, needing a website built that allows a user to sign up and once verified, allows them to sign in to their account which will present them with an embedded 3rd party website. The requirements are: Website requirements Main page elements 1) New User a. Username (email) i. authenticate that it’s an email address ‘@’ sign b. Password (strong) i. Make sure the password is strong ii. Send email to have them confirm email 1. Can not get account until they confirm c. Once user confirms email address, email is to be sent to a distribution list so that it can set up account on the 3rd party’s side. 2) Log In a. Username b. Password Once the user presses the ‘submit’ button, the user must be confirmed against a user’s table in the MySql database. (See below for database requirements).
