Building a new adult content website - Explicit Content

I'm looking for someone (or a team) to help design and build a live cam, ecommerce, and new mini social media (pictures, text posts, ads) platform with digital goods delivery system and payment gateway for an adult site. The purpose of the site is for users to be able to host their own content and sell memberships and video services (pay per product) as well as physical services if they'd like. Please let me see examples of similar projects-- specifically live cam (with pay features and donations). I need to know that you can handle this specific aspect of the site. This is a website, not an app. We will discuss budget once the scope of the project is understood by all parties.
