Central Account For ERC20 Accounts

Hello,

We have multiple ERC20 accounts and the accounts are with multiple private keys and they are individual.

we need a central access to all the account so that all the funds deposited in different accounts need to be under the primary account.

Here is the working scenario,

We have a shopping portal, each assigns each user different address to each user and user purchase the items, User is sending funds to their address and the funds are received but we are not having a central access to get all the accounts, to get the account's fund we again need transaction fee and which is charging more than the funds deposited.

so all the user address should get an address and the funds deposited in each address should be deposited to a single account.
