code expert callbacks -- 2

We have a suscription membership site and we implemented callbacks in php for the payments between our site and our billing provider. All works ok but we have a little issue in the code . When the user chose our monthly and anual suscription, in the gateway payment sent from our callback when the user fullfil the template in our site to go to the payment, appears the 2 options and should appear the one chosen by the customer. You can see in the screenshot, We tried to fixed with our billing provider but we need a coder expert just to solve this issue, as far as we know it is easy and is about 2 lines to rectify.
