Code website to book (training) sessions

Hi, I would like to create a website with 2 purposes: - firstly with a CMS to update content on pages (text + images) - secondly to allow users to book a training session By training session, I mean I will be able to create appointments/sessions in the admin section which users can sign up to join. I have already created a design for the home page and roughly coded it into html/css and made it iphone friendly (but some tweaks might be needed). I've also started creating the mysql structure. I already know some php and mysql but don't have time to complete the website. So that I will be able to edit the website later, I need coders not to make it in MVC and not to use an existing platform (zend etc). Simple coding is better - but OOP is fine. Functionality: - users sign up / login / request forgotten password - users can view upcoming training sessions and relevant information (date, time, location, description etc) - book a training session - receive an automatically created invoice and confirmation once booking is complete - can view historic and upcoming bookings and invoices - amend personal detail Admin Functionality: - view, edit, remove customers - reset customer passwords - view historic + future bookings - create, amend and delete training sessions - receive an email when customer booking or cancellation is made The site needs to be written with standards compliant code, with search engine friendly URLs (I assume by rewriting htaccess), be secure (using more than only md5 encryption for passwords) and be device adaptable (i've started coding this).
